Why can't I use filters? It says I need credits.

Filters cost 1 credit per search. You get free credits every day just by logging in — so show up, click, chat. Easy. If you run out, top up your streak or grab a paid plan for unlimited.

I got matched with nobody. Where did everyone go?

Sometimes the universe is just vibing solo. Try again in a few seconds — people hop in and out constantly. If it keeps happening, try switching your filter to 'Any'.

Can I get my money back?

If you had a genuine issue with your subscription, email us at support@strangr.chat and we'll sort it out. We're humans, not robots (mostly).

My chat disappeared after closing the tab.

Chats are session-based — once you close or refresh, that stranger is gone. That's kind of the whole vibe. But if you added them as a friend, they'll be in your friends list forever ✨

How do I cancel my subscription?

Head to Settings → Subscription → Manage Plan. You can cancel anytime — no passive-aggressive cancellation flows, no sneaky re-billing. We keep it clean.

Is StrangrChat safe to use?

We can't control what strangers say (we're a chat app, not a babysitter), but you can skip anyone instantly and we take abuse seriously. If someone is creepy, hit the exit button and report them.
