StrangrChat is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By creating an account or chatting as a guest, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that you are underage, your account will be immediately and permanently removed. No exceptions, no appeals.

StrangrChat is a random chat platform operated by StrangrChat ("we", "us", "our"). We connect strangers for real-time text conversations. By using our website at www.strangr.chat or any associated apps, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use StrangrChat. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to minors.
You agree not to use StrangrChat to: • Send or solicit illegal content of any kind • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Share explicit, sexual, or adult content with users who have not consented • Impersonate other people or create fake identities to deceive others • Spam, advertise, or promote services without our permission • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws We're here to facilitate good conversations. Be a decent human.
You are solely responsible for what you say and share on StrangrChat. We do not pre-screen messages. By using the platform you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit your content solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your messages or use them to train AI models.
You may use StrangrChat as a registered user or as a guest. Guest sessions are temporary and anonymous. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
StrangrChat offers a free tier with daily login credits, and optional paid subscription plans. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@strangr.chat.
StrangrChat is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the behaviour of other users, or the accuracy of any content shared in chats. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from interactions between users. Chat at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrangrChat and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, or for any reason we reasonably deem necessary to protect the safety of our community. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
